Interested-Based Negotiation
Participants practice interest-based negotiation in several interactive case studies. Content includes negotiation types, when to negotiate, identifying positions, exploring needs and interests, need-finding questions, negotiation alternatives, dealing with impasse, use of language, agreements, communication, listening, exploring options, and assessing success. At the end of this training, participants are competent and confident in negotiating.
