Constructive Conflict Behaviors

 

In this interactive training session, participants identify conflict stages, recognize escalating conflicts and practice effective strategies to successfully manage a conflict. Participants review case studies and practice specific constructive behaviors to manage conflicts where they are one of the conflict partners, or are managing others’ conflicts. Participants contrast conflict styles with specific conflict behaviors. Optional use of Conflict Dynamic Profile®. One or two-day sessions.
