Conflict Resolution
Attendees participate in exercises to address and manage conflict effectively. Content includes the nature of conflict, causes of conflict, responses to conflict, stages of conflict, conflict styles, managing emotions, managing conflict, effective communication, listening, making requests, completing communication loops, and assessing success. At the end of this training, participants are competent and confident in identifying and managing conflict.
