Conflict Dynamics Profile®
Use a conflict–specific assessment tool to improve conflict management behaviors in a group or organization. This tool is available in an individualized or 360° version to identify specific constructive and destructive conflict behaviors and to create action plans to strengthen constructive conflict approaches. In a training session, participants review and understand feedback reports and use development guides to plan specific, individualized behavior improvements. Hot buttons are identified so participants can manage their own responses more effectively. Individualized coaching is available for some feedback sessions. One-day training session plus feedback sessions.
