Conflict Coaching

 

In this intensive program, participants learn and practice conflict coaching skills to work with people individually to assist them in managing their conflicts effectively. Conflict Coaching is an ongoing partnership between a coach and a client to help clients produce satisfactory results when there is a conflict or negotiation to be addressed. In this training, participants identify conflict styles, conflict behaviors, strategies to address a conflict, communication skills, powerful questions, designing actions and holding people accountable. Participants will examine their own behaviors, actions, beliefs, perceptions, and assumptions regarding conflict so they are prepared to address the same with conflict coaching clients. Participants practice coaching in a series of scenarios and case studies. Four-day program.
