Conflict Assessment and Management

This training program includes strategies to identify conflict, its impact, the scope of the conflict, and how to fit the appropriate conflict management process for the conflict. Participants examine and contrast different conflict management processes and the skills needed for neutrals to deliver different processes. Participants review costs, benefits and challenges to including different processes in ADR programs. One-day session.
