Conflict and Collaboration
This training program is designed to improve teamwork, communication, productivity, and decision-making in groups. This interactive seminar addresses an effective mindset about conflict, the stages of escalating conflict, conflict behaviors, communication that works, listening, and identifying group and individual needs. Practice exercises involve participants to increase their competence in collaborating successfully. Program can be customized to address immediate workplace problems to solve. One or two-day sessions available.
