Communication with Confidence

 

Participants practice effective communication using a specific 4-step communication model. Discussions include nonverbal communication, word choices, voice tone, giving and receiving feedback, making requests, completing communication loops, dealing with emotions, one-on-one discussions, group interactions, and listening. Participants are involved in a series of interactions so they are competent and confident in communicating effectively.
