Collaborative Problem-Solving
In this facilitated session, participants review case studies and participate in problem-solving scenarios using interest-based negotiation concepts. Participants learn to identify problems, define problems statements, review decision-making models, examine root causes, consider problem-solving strategies, and practice solving problems as teams. Participants practice communication and dialogue skills, optimizing group wisdom, making decisions and solving problems. Session can be customized for the group to solve real workplace problems. One or two-day sessions available.
