The initial scheduling contact would be with the scheduling coordinator, Tracie Grossi. Tracie will discuss with you the nature of the dispute, the number of parties involved and the anticipated length of the hearing. If the case is in the midst of litigation, Tracie will ascertain the status of discovery and how far the case has progressed in the litigation process. Ordinarily, the mediation hearings are held in our Redlands office where each of the rooms at the Redlands Arbitration and Mediation Service has a distinct theme.
Hospitality is our trademark in the Sun Valley room where our guests are treated to freshly baked delectables everyday. Fresh fruit and fresh baked cookies are also set out for your pleasure. Soft drinks, ice tea and Gatorade are available to quench your thirst. Freshly ground Hula Bean coffee from Kona, Hawaii is served daily. Most of the hearings are held in the Aloha Room, the West Point Room, the Sports Center Room, or Tim's private office. However, there are situations and needs where Mr. Corcoran's services are required elsewhere and if it's more convenient or reasonable for all parties involved, Mr. Corcoran will travel to other venues.
There are situations during the scheduling process that may require Mr. Corcoran's input. When those situations occur, Tim is delighted to talk with the convening representatives to work out the details.
