
Steve Weinberg
Mr. Weinberg’s professional career spans 34 years as a civil litigator. Over that period of time his practice has been devoted to personal injury litigation involving medical negligence, products liability and highway design cases. He has tried in excess of 100 superior court jury trials for claims of personal injury and wrongful death. In addition to an extensive civil trial completion record, Mr. Weinberg has mediated hundreds of complex cases. Steve has been AV rated by Martindale-Hubble since 1980. He has been an Associate of the American Board of Trial Advocates for nearly 25 years.
Mr. Weinberg graduated from the Pepperdine University School of Law in 1975 after receiving his undergraduate degree from UCLA in 1972. Mr. Weinberg first worked at the Popelka, Allard, McCowan & Jones firm in San Jose before beginning a long tenure with the offices of Thomas T. Anderson in Indio. The law firm of Anderson, Parkinson, Weinberg & Miller has long been considered one of the superior plaintiff’s personal injury law firms in the State of California. Since 1988, Mr. Weinberg has been a principal in his own firm.
Mr. Weinberg has continued his professional training at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine University School of Law.
Mr. Weinberg and his wife, Stevie, have been married for 35 years. Their son Joshua is a senior at Indiana University Southeast where he is a member of the baseball team. In addition to being his son’s number one fan, Steve enjoys snow skiing and playing tennis. He has also possessed a commercial pilot’s license since 1970 and has recently developed a passion for flying sail planes. He has served the community in youth sports for many years.
Steve has made numerous academic and professional presentations to various groups including the California Trial Lawyers, Orange County Trial Lawyers, the Western Trial Lawyers, the American Trial Lawyers, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and the California Continuing Education of the Bar.
Mr. Weinberg is available for Mediations throughout Southern California including, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego counties.
