Our beautiful spacious conference rooms are available for daily or weekly use.  Law firms, corporations, small businesses, insurance companies and even private individuals wanting a professional setting for a meeting have used our conference rooms.  Our professionally furnished themed rooms are fully equipped for your business needs. 

When you enter our 5,200 square foot conference center you will be greeted by our receptionist in our beautiful lobby area and directed to the luxurious waiting lodge-themed waiting area or your own conference room selected pursuant to your specific request.

Each room is equipped with a beautiful conference table and chairs as well as Wi-Fi, large white boards, flip-charts, extra electrical outlets, notepads and pens.  We also provide first-class refreshment service including Kona coffee, tea, soft drinks, water and fresh bagels, pastries and baked goods depending on the time of day.  Copying, faxing, administrative and secretarial and notary services are available.  Optional lunch or dinner services are also available.

If you need power-point, audio-visual or other technological services we can provide that too.
