Since 1981 Mr. Tucker litigated hundreds of personal injury, product liability, uninsured motorist, homeowner association disputes, and premises liability cases in the Inland Empire.  Most of these cases were successfully resolved through negotiation, arbitration and/or mediation.  As a court approved and appointed arbitrator, Mr. Tucker presided over numerous arbitrations and rendered dozens of awards.  He has received negotiation training from Pepperdine University School of Law and, more recently, completed the 42 hour training, "Mediating the Litigated Case"- Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University. He also completed mediation training provided by the Inland Valley Justice Center.  Mr. Tucker supervised and managed the Inland Empire Branch Legal Office of the Farmers Insurance Group of Companies for over 16 years.  He brings insight and experience of the intricacies of litigated insurance disputes to the mediation process.  As both an attorney participant and facilitator, Mr. Tucker has been involved in the successful resolution of many cases through the mediation process.
