Don Grant

Don comes to the dispute resolution arena with over 35 years of tort litigation experience with Thompson & Colegate in Riverside.  He has specialized in insurance related disputes with an emphasis in medical malpractice.  He is listed as Best Lawyers in America in 2009 and also Super Lawyers in 2007, 2008 and 2009.  He is a fellow of the AmericanCollege of Trial Lawyers.  He is the past president of Riverside/San Bernardino County Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates as well as past director of the Riverside County Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.

Don received his undergraduate degree from the University of California Los Angeles in 1968 and his law degree from Cal Western and U.S. International University in 1972.  Don has continued his professional education by attending the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine Law School.
