Redlands Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. has been providing exceptional dispute resolution services  for the Inland Empire for many years. Starting in the Fall of 2017, Mr. Corcoran will be providing dispute resolution services  in the state of Idaho as well as California.  The Idaho base of operations will be in Boise and will serve most venues including  Twin Falls, Ketchum and Coeur d'Alene. The California base will continue to be in Redlands.

At RAMS we provide alternative dispute resolution services including mediation, arbitration, judicial reference work and private trials.

Tim Corcoran is a pioneer in the ADR field in the Inland Empire and is the founder and president of RAMS.  Mr Corcoran has been providing dispute resolution services to the IE  since 1989.  Mr. Corcoran has arbitrated or mediated more than 6500 cases over 27 years.

Mr. Corcoran is a Distinguished Fellow, of the International Academy of Mediators, the only Top 50 Neutral in the State of California from the Inland Empire, the only SuperLawyer in Southern California for ADR from the Inland Empire, is A-V rated and has served on the ADR Committee for the State Bar of California.

  Over the years Mr. Corcoran has been associated with JAMS, Judicate West and IVAMS and brings that experience and training coupled with advanced training at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law and the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School to provide  first class  dispute resolution service to the Inland Empire.

Reasonable Fees

At RAMS we charge REASONABLE and competitive FEES for our services.  We don't charge any administrative fees and our cancellation policy is very fair and reasonable.


             We have seen it all.....

At RAMS we handle almost every type of dispute. For example, in automobile related injury cases Mr Corcoran has seen right turn, left turn, side-swipe, rear ender, T-bone, U-turn, wide turns, narrow turns, crossover center line and curb crawlers; single car, multi-car and 50-car  pile ups.

 In insurance related issues he has handled coverage issues, extra-contractual  coverage, bad faith, intervention, uninsured and under-insured motorist claims,  subrogation and the list goes on.

In premises liability cases he has seen slip and fall, stick and fall, trip and fall and sit and fall! On surfaces including liquids on floors, sprinkler overspray as well as ice, cracks, uneven surfaces walkway deviations  and other surface issues.  Steel plates and holes in golf courses.
