1. The Dynamic Website Package is either $599.00 annually OR $59.00 per month. (not both) Everything is included: Premium Membership, domain hosting, training, ongoing support, email addresses and more. 2. No. There is no additional set-up fee. Your $599.00 annually OR $59.00 per month takes care of ALL costs (excluding any one-time charge for any desired custom design). 3. Training and maintenance are included in your monthly or annual fee. 4. Yes, If you have your own domain name, we will host your domain and you can have email address(es) @yourdomain.com. If you do not have your own domain name, we can set you up with email @mediate.com as desired. 5. Yes. Domain hosting is included in the Mediate.com Web Site Package. Your new web site will use your registered domain name. 6. No, your web site can use a "sub-domain" on Mediate.com, such as www.mediate.com/yourname. However, owning your own domain name is a great way to brand your business. If you have not already registered a domain name, (yourbusiness.com) you can do so at registration services such as GoDaddy or Network Solutions. Mediate.com is not a domain registrar. Domain registration generally costs around 10 dollars a year (paid to the registrar, not us). We are pleased to help you register your domain without charge from Mediate.com. 7. No. You can create and manage as many web pages as you desire. 8. Your web site will be live within 24 hours of your order, however, it will not have the content that describes your practice until you go in there and add that. We will make an appointment with you for a telephone conference (usually takes about an hour) to go over the editing tools, how to add pages, links and images, how to choose one of our styles designs and more. We put you in direct control of every aspect of your web site with our easy-to-use web site technology and make sure you know how to use it. 9. Yes. We have created many tutorials for our web site clients. Each covers a specific editing function and includes step-by-step instructions with screen shots of the control panel. The main web site tutorial menu is at: www.mediate.com/WebShop/pg19.cfm. 10. Simply log in to your Account Page and make the needed edits. We put you in direct control of every aspect of your web site. The moment you click the "Save Changes" button, your newly edited page is online. 11. Yes, with some limits. (length of video - up to 15 minutes; content of video - no porn ;-). We assist you in the inclusion of video on your Web site on a case by case basis. 12. In a manner of speaking, yes. A Premium Membership is included in the price of the Dynamic Web Site Package. So, if you are currently paying for a Premium Membership, you will not be when you purchase your web site package. |
