Why doesn't my Case Manager look like the tour?
There are some browsers that reformat parts of the Case Manager and it looks differently than the screen shots on the Case Manager tour.
For optimal Case Manager usage, use the latest version of your browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.). This is especially important with Internet Explorer--make sure you are using Internet Explorer Version 8. To check which version you have, go to Help or Tools, and then Properties or About.
If you are using the latest version of your browser, you might need to disable the Compatibility View (click the rectangle button to the right of your address bar) or allow pop-ups ( Tools>Pop-up Blocker>Turn off Pop-up Blocker).
The Case Manager is designed to always work with the most current version of a browser. Currently those are Internet Explorer 8x, Firefox 3x, Safari 3x, and Chrome 10x.
Is my data safe?
There are multiple levels of security with the Case Manager. First, entrance to the case manager is password protected. Next, it is managed through a secure, online site. You can verify this by seeing "https" in the case manager address bar. Also, you can manually back-up all of your information at your own convenience whenever you want to--probably after you have entered a lot of important information. You simply do this by clicking "Export" and then saving it someplace convenient. Click here to see how that works.
Finally, if you have any additional concerns, immediately call the office at 541-345-1629 and we will work together to determine the best way to recover your information.

Do the fees record automatically when you select the case type?
Yes. The amount billable is set by the primary case type. The pay rate can be
overridden as part of the case record (see just below the case types
in the case record). This can be changed in Settings>Case Types.
The total billable is at the bottom right of the case record.

I am inputting staff names and would like to know what's the difference in access between All Access or Staff?
Staff access is limited to just the items involving that staff person. For example, if you were to have a volunteer log in with staff access, they would only see calendar items, cases and activities involving them.
They would not be allowed to switch to a full view.
Full access means that person, if they were to log in, would be able to see everything.
