• Mediate.com first ensures that our Certified Mediators have substantial training (100 hours) and case experience (500 hours);

• We further require the highest ethical standards and that references are available; and
  
  
• We investigate and act upon any complaint made against any Mediate.com Certified Mediator.  We de-certify for good cause.
