James MacPherson


James MacPherson JAMES MacPHERSON has been working full-time in the field of
mediation since 1994. He has provided many government
agencies and businesses with ADR Systems Design and
Training, as well as mediating numerous EEO, workplace &
employment, insurance and other commercial disputes. Since
May 2005, James has been Resident Advisor, Ministry of
Justice, Kingdom of Bahrain (“BMoJ”) as part of the ABA
Rule of Law Initiative.  He is directing the Judicial and
Legal Reform work as outlined in the ABA-BMoJ MOU.  An
expert Mediator, James has advised governments and taught
mediation workshops in Bahrain, Jordan and Oman and has
presented on practice development in Kuwait.
