Michael Pollack

Michael A. Pollack, Mediator and Arbitrator, has been an attorney in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Chicago, Illinois, for more than 30 years.  His practice consisted primarily of civil litigation.  He has also been licensed to practice law in Florida, which is a leader in the use of alternative dispute resolution and one of only a few states that certify mediators.  In 2009, he decided that there is a more civil way to resolve civil disputes.  Since Wisconsin does not license or certify mediators, he completed the Circuit Civil Mediation Training Program, a 40-hour course conducted by Mediation Training Group, Inc., in Boca Raton, Florida.  After participating in and observing the required number of mediations with experienced certified mediators, he is now a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator providing mediation services through Michael Pollack Mediation Services, LLC in Milwaukee and southeast Wisconsin as well as in Florida.
