Asger Neumann holds a MA in Psychology from the University of Aarhus and he is certified by The Danish Association of Psychologists. Moreover, he works as an external lecturer and supervisor at the University of Aarhus.
Since 1993 Asger has worked as a vocational psychologist at municipalities, institutions of treatment, financial companies, IT companies and service companies.
He coaches managers and employees in Human Resources as well as he offers courses of coaching, dialogical method and communicative training. Asger is also engaged in activities concerning development of team and co-operation, solving of conflicts, organizational development and processes in establishing profile, goals and values.
Asger has a sound clinical background, he is experienced as a therapist as well a he supervises and teaches in psychological themes such as cognitive therapy, qualified courses in therapeutic skills and courses of supervision.

One of the most important conclusions of the article is that the methods of meditation very often prove to be effective when solving conflicts but at the same time, however, the methods don’t guarantee a constructive process or effective solutions on their own. The circumstances and the situation of the mediation may carry contrasts and paradoxes which simply make the mediation impossible and another authority may be necessary to reach a final decision or solution.
