Court Mediation
Courts in the state of Oregon offer a range of mediation services, depending on the local court rules. All courts, however, make mediation available to couples who have an active court case where the parents have not yet agreed about custody or parenting time.

Those vary somewhat, depending on the type of case is involved. All court mediators must meet the same basic mediation training. Continuing education is also required to ensure that mediators are keeping their skills up to date.
