Background
 I have mediated for 22 years, and have three positions: Bluffton University Mediation Coordinator; Director of Midwest Mediation Center in Ft. Wayne, IN; and Director of www.EldercareMediators.com, LLC. I provide basic and advanced mediation training and mediate a variety of disputes.

Education/Training
 I have a BA in Psychology, a law degree from the University of Michigan, and extensive mediation training.
