Morna Barsky, a Clinical Social Worker, has been one of the pioneers in family and divorce mediation. She was the founding President of the Divorce Mediation Council of New York City and has been a mediator and trainer for the past 25 years. She has served on the Board of the Academy of Family Mediators as Consultation Chair, and on the Board of the Divorce Mediation Council of New York as Education Chair.
Morna has trained and supervised hundreds of mediators in the New York and Connecticut region as Clinical Director of Haynes Mediation Associates, Inc., and as Co-Director of The Mediation Training Group, Inc. She has presented at national, state, and local mediation conferences, and has contributed to the Mediation Quarterly and other periodicals.
