American Arbitration Association, Circuit Civil and Family, 1989-1992, over 40 trainings with average attendance of between 30 and 40 Students, composed of judges, attorneys, mental health professionals, accountants, insurance adjusters, academics and others, including two retired Florida Supreme Court Justices and a former president of the American Bar Association in approximately 12 different cities throughout the State of Florida.
Nova University, 1992-93, Primary Trainer, Circuit Civil and Family Mediation trainings, all in the South Florida area composed of similar student profiles as above. Responsibility included preparing agenda and course content; multi-day lectures, role play critiquing over the entire five (5) day forty (40) hour certified training schedule.

Helped organize, coordinate and train the Hurricane Andrew community response for expedited ADR resolution of homeowners’ damage recoveries with their insurance companies, 1993-4. Provided further disaster information for ADR responses in Pasco County, Florida (the Storm of the Century) and St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
