Mediation Training
Mel Rubin and Mediation Services, Inc. provide basic and advanced mediation trainings in civil and family matters. He has been providing such training for over 18 years on a local, national, and international basis.
The basic training in family and civil ranges from a short introductory survey course of 1-2 days to the more generally accepted certified basic program of 40 hours over a 5 day period. His programs are presently certified by the Florida Supreme Court. Please see his representative trainings for some of the varied representative trainings programs he has conducted.
Mr. Rubin's trainings are tailored to the special needs of the specific organization or group for whom he is training. He has created special programs for governmental entities, bar associations, religous organizations, in-house corporate programs and others. He has customized programs for specific areas of substantive law including inter-govermental agencies; mediation advocacy programs for attorneys and many others. His trainings have been local, state, national and international. Mr. Rubin prides himself on picking a faculty that represents the best of the community in which he is training as well as drawing from his prior trainings.
