Additional Mediation Training Opportunities are available to any organization or group of individuals wishing a creative training different from the ordinary basic and traditional 40 training program. For instance, Mr. Rubin has worked with the govermental section of the Florida Bar to create two training programs specially tailored to the lawyer who works for governmental and public entities. He has created programs for the clergy and various not for profit and religious organizations. Such training opportunities include the ability to design training programs committed to certain substantive areas of the law; specific population or interest groups and any other areas of expertise. He has mediated and worked on trainings for professionals in the trust and "special needs" trust area. Mr. Rubin feels there is no area of human conflict or cooperation that for which a training program cannot be designed.
