Even when he is asked to undertake a workplace mediation, Alec will encourage those involved to not just go through the mediation process but to undertake some 1 on 1 coaching/mentoring to reduce the chances of a future reoccurrence of the problem/behaviour either between the two disputing parties or with other people in your organisation.
