Approach

Prepared, open minded, analytical, and persistent. Combination of facilitative and evaluative model. Active listening, participation, and interest based bargaining by parties and counsel encouraged. Litigation risk analysis of parties explored in private caucus where necessary or requested.

Fees

$3,000 per day including preparation time, or at the parties election, $375 per hour. Fees are normally split evenly between parties. Discounted rates available for matters with less than $100,000 in controversy.
