I practise as part of Catalyst Mediation (www.catalystmediation.co.uk) which I founded in 2004 with Jeremy Scuse. We practice commercial mediation, including workplace/ employment mediation. We are facilitative mediators but are prepared, but only with full approval from the clients (and slightly reluctantly), to move to a more evaluative approach. We have a panel of 12 mediators from various disciplines. They all undertake mandatory regular and well structured ongoing training and discussion work - 3.5 hours per month in addition to regular mediations.
