Professional Background
Kevin K. Forrester is a lawyer in solo practice with over 20 years civil litigation experience as a trial lawyer, arbitrator, and mediator of litigated and pre-litigation civil, real estate and real property disputes, over 25 years real estate practice experience as a Realtor® and licensed real estate broker, and extensive organized real estate experience as a twice-elected President of the North San Diego County Association of Realtors® and a 10-year director of the California Association of Realtors® (CAR), one of the nation’s largest state trade associations.
While a CAR director, Kevin has served on the Professional Standards Committee, the Defense Strategy Advisory Committee (Vice Chair 2007), and Legal Affairs Forum (Chair 2009).

Fees
Mediation Services: $250 per hour.
The hourly fee includes: administrative fees, pre-mediation conferences, whether by telephone or in person, conducting the mediation session(s), and conducting post- session telephone facilitation as needed. The hourly fee commences when mediation commences. There is no charge for reading pre-mediation briefs. (Fees for cases conducted under the General Civil Mediation Program of the Superior Court are $150 per hour for each of the first two hours, and $250 per hour thereafter. There is no minimum hourly commitment for court-referred cases, but payment is expected at the time of mediation.)
Minimum hourly commitment: 4 hours.
Travel time and expense: By agreement.
