Paul J. Schweinler, LMHC, NCC,DAPA, BCETS, is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator and a Mediation Trainer, lecturer, coach and mentor. Paul is certified in Family, County and soon Circuit-Civil mediation. He is past-president of The Association of South Florida Mediators and Abritrators. With fifteen (15) years of experience, Paul is a seasoned and accomplished mediator and trainer. In addition to his mediation and counseling practice, Paul provides Parenting Coordination and Critical Incident Stress Management service and is a member of the Florida Crisis Consortium. Paul has been published in several journals including The American Journal of Family Therapy.

Paul is a Nationally Certified Counselor in private practice and a Bd. Certified Expert in Traumatic Stress. Paul has served as a mediator for over 15 years in a wide variety of cases including family, corporations, real estate and civil cases. His success rate is superior. Paul is also one of a handful of Mediation Trainers in Florida. Paul is an expert in the delivery of critical incident stress management services. Paul also serves as a Guardian ad Litem, a Parenting Coordinator and is on the Board of the Parenting Coordinators Assoc. of Palm Beach County. In addition to the required 40 hour mediation training, Paul's frequent advanced mediation topics include: mediation communication, domestic violence, cultural diversity, the trauma of conflict and mediator stress management.
