 A book on Team Management (no name yet)

I am writing a series of booklets on team management which deals with collaboration in  a hyppothetical project on the brink of failure and our hero is Guntar who is asked to assume team leadership. There will be plenty of conflict to resolve as Guntar leads the way through a collaborative process. The book is meant to appeal to people leading and/or participating in an owner/ contractor team enviornment. The first segment in the series addresses how Guntar assessess the project in order to make a recommendation to his Senior Managers responsible for capital constructin projects (CGC or Capital Governance Committee).
