What is PARCPr?
PARCPr stands for Preventing, Avoiding and Resolving Conflict Processes which translates into a positive approach to inevitable conflicts inherent in multi-functional teams and more time for team leaders to spend on other than this aspect of their people responsibilities. PARCPr can be implemented on a project by project basis or across a project portfolio and across organizational boundaries like owner-contractor.
Conceptualization through implementation and use is made simpler with our involvement because we come in and study your portfolio management processes, turn them into informative and engaging video presentations, train your team members, and monitor and act proactively to deal with inevitable disagreements during a projects life. However, we do not do this in one huge step. We give you choice. We pilot our PARCPr with one of your management and teams, we measure the results, we communicate them to you and we give you choice to repeat, expand, or stop. We’re quick learners so we won’t take up too much of your valuable time, but we do want to be thorough.
What does PARCPr consist of?
· Understanding and communicating expectations at all levels to all levels of your team structures.
· Use of audio/video to enable your people to learn by hearing and seeing. They are not only informative but entertaining in a way to get and hold attention and enhance retention.
· We use your system as the basis for our efforts
· We provide expertise in mediation , facilitation, and as appropriate other means of conflict management and resolution
· We proactively monitor and act to make conflict a positive experience. Our representatives have no vested interest in any particular outcome so we can come as close to neutrality as possible.
· We offer after project claims assistance through mediation, facilitation, and arbitration leaving final decisions to your senior management
· Because we do not have a vested interest in outcome we can offer services across organizational boundaries such as owner and contractor

I have 25 years of business and project team experience, a JD, and mediation experience. We work with contractors which give us the flexibility to get resources in your local area.
Our base is Hawaii where we have a very high proportion of conflict resolution specialists to population, actors to play out roles, film-makers, and other specialties needed to undertake these projects. In addition, take advantage of our new start-up hunger and passion to meet your expectations at reasonable cost. Let us pilot a program for you on a result driven basis with metrics similar to the ones you use to measure the performance and success of your in-house teams. Besides should we need to meet face to face here, it is not a bad place to travel to any time of the year. We also do a lot of our work via web technology.
