Profile
"My long career in corporate at Merck & Co. provided a wealth of experience in dealing with conflict and examples of conflict and resolution to use in my training sessions. I tend to view my intercesion in conflict as a request for problem solving between disputing parties. My job is to listen, identify common ground, and move parties to agreement". Leo has mediated over one hundred and fifty cases in a variety of dispute settings. Leo loves to produce video segments to educate the public on the benefits of conflict resolution as a problem rather than as an adversarial contest. He's now expanding the training to organizations which need an innovative way of educating their personnel and partners on how to operate in a "resolution" culture. Leo operates an office in East Oahu. Leo is Immediate Past President of the Association of Conflict Resolution Hawaii Chapter. Leo is on the Board for the Hawaii Kai Chamber of Commerce. He is also on the Steering Committee for Project Management for the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers. Leo is a member of the Living Green Chapter of BNI in East Oahu. He continues to serve as a volunteer mediator at the Mediation Center of the Pacific, Inc. Leo continues to play soccer and loves to hike and snorkel.
