Fees
June offers a free consultation to explain the mediation process, and to answer your questions about how mediation can benefit you and your family. The fee for mediation sessions is generally $350/hour. Fees are paid "as you go" -- there is no retainer charged at the outset. The fee for drafting a Separation Agreement depends on individual circumstances, but generally ranges between $1,000 and $2,000. Separate legal and court fees are involved for finalizing a divorce.
