Mediation for Managers (3 day)

 

 

Managers deal with conflict every day. Having effective tools to resolve conflict is a necessity. Mediation is one such tool.

 

In this three-day workshop managers learn how to successfully mediate workplace disputes. This workshop provides an easy to follow approach to mediation that emphasizes sound communication and negotiation skills as the foundation to successful conflict resolution.

 

I demonstrate the mediation process and participants get ample opportunity to practice their skills in a supportive environment. As a result of the training, you will:

 

  • Know when mediation is appropriate, and when not.
  • Feel comfortable scheduling mediation meetings.
  • Be able to help employees work out their differences productively.
