Complete Divorce Package For CouplesThe goal for every divorcing couple should be to reach a full agreement on all of their issues, either on their own, or by using mediation or collaborative law processes. But, only a Judge can officially end their marriage. For couples who mediate with me, I can prepare and process their dissolution paperwork through the court system for a flat fee of $750. All it takes is their signed mediated agreement and completion of my simple, two-page questionnaire. The divorce can be finalized in 30 days or less, without even having to attend a court hearing. A clarification: no mediator or attorney can represent both parties to a dissolution or any other court case.
