Our goal is to help Human Resource and Training Managers create a workplace where employees are loyal and productive. Destructive conflict makes employees unhappy and spreads discontent. Because conflict is inevitable it makes good business sense to be able to prevent its destructive potential where possible and to manage it where necessary. We offer a range of solutions to help human resource and training managers succeed when there is disaccord.
No-one likes conflict. But all HR managers know that conflict is an inevitable fact of life, and that the workplace is no exception. Training will not eliminate conflict. That is impossible. But our trainings will:
- prevent conflict escalating into costly legal disputes
- decrease staff turnover
- decrease absenteeism
- enhance team cohesiveness
- improve morale
- promote productivity within your organization
- enable employees to successfully deal with interpersonal conflict on their own.

Not all conflict can be resolved by the HR department. Sometimes the help of a mediator is necessary. We have a panel of experienced mediators to help your employees find solutions to employment disputes at a fraction of the costs asked by JAMS/Endispute or American Arbitration Association mediators. In addition to mediating disputes that arise from the filing of a charge of discrimination with an administrative agency, we work with HR departments to mediate communication/personality disputes between team members.
Increasingly HR Managers are using mediation (with internal peer panels and with external professional mediators) to stay on top of workplace conflict. Organizations that have implemented workplace mediation programs report significant cost savings, higher productivity, improved worker morale, lower turnover and absenteeism.
