1. Paper: 10-20 pages double spaced
2. Web site project: representing initiative
- Web site should include home page speaking of benefits to users (making the value proposition)
- Web site should include Intake Form, including responsive message to person who submits
- Web site should include message that goes out to other participant(s) inviting them in and offer form for them to complete.
- Web site show describe any educational opportunites, any emergency services, and the full range of services being offered.
3. Paper and/or web site should:
- Describe overall ODR process
- Identify aspects of process that would be automated
- Identify aspects of the process that would rely on human assistance
- Identify likely cost and time commitments
- Identify range of (or single) DR process that might be integrated
- Identify modalities of communication that would be utilized and why.
- Identify likely success rate
- Identify how manage those who do not resolve
- Identify other substantive areas where this type of approach might be applied
- Identify barriers to acceptance and how these would be dealt with.
3. Paper should integrate relevant concepts from Texts and Readings.
