Approach to Mediation

 

Mediation is a sane and rationale approach to problem solving. The Mediator, working as an impartial facilitator, assists the parties to define issues, gather facts and develop options to create a settlement that is satisfactory and works for them. While mainly facilitative, the Mediator’s approach is flexible and may use other mediation processes to help the parties to reach a solution.

 

Fees

 

Initial calls with the parties and/or attorneys to clarify the mediation process are at no charge. Hourly rates and retainer to be discussed and agreed upon.
