MCLE lectures
As Adjunct Professor in Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Eric has extensive experience in a wide variety of subjects related to Alternative Dispute Resolution that may be of interest to both litigators and transactional lawyers, particularly the drafters of dispute resolution clauses.
Upon request, Eric will speak at your law firm for MCLE credit, in most cases free of charge, about a number of subjects, including:
- How to prepare for and conduct a mediation that maximizes the outcome for your client (1 hour);
- The pros and cons of international commercial arbitration (1 or 2 hours); or
