Sample Settlement Agreement: Employment Law dispute

I was pleased to Chair a subcommittee of the Missouri Bar that developed a sample settlement agreement form for employment law disputes.  I hope that the form (which includes an Introduction explaining its purpose and use) will be of interest to practicioners and assist the parties in drafting mutually agreeable language for the comprehensive settlement agreement and release that is negotiated as part of most settlements in employment law disputes.
