Bruce Feldacker is an attorney/mediator with the firm of Bruce S. Feldacker, P.C. St. Louis, Missouri with over forty years experience in the labor and employment law field including the construction industry, re- gulated industries, consumer, contract and general civil litigation.
He received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and holds an L.L.M. in labor law from Georgetown University Law Center.
Mr. Feldacker is the past President of the Association of Missouri Mediators. He has been designated as a "Super-Lawyer" in ADR for Missouri and as an Advanced Practitioner in Workplace Mediation by the Association for Conflict Resolution. He is certified as a Mediator by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and qualified as a mediator pursuant to Missouri Supreme Court Rule 17. He has served as the mediator in more than 500 cases covering almost all aspects of labor and employment law in both the private and public sectors, construction disputes, regulatory, consumer, general business and contract matters. He is on the mediator rosters of the Alliance for Education in Dispute Resolution,the Nuclear Regulatory Commission,the United States Postal Service Redress Mediation program, Construction Disputes Resolution Services, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (formerly NASD), National Arbitration Forum, and Pinnacle Mediation, and serves under contract as a mediator for the EEOC in Missouri and Illinois to resolve charges at the agency level.
Bruce is Past Co-Chair of the ABA Labor & Employment Law Section, Committee on ADR in Employment Law and Past Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. He is an Adjunct Professor at St. Louis University Law School where he teaches the course in Employment Law.
