REASONABLE MEDIATION FEE STRUCTURE NO-TRAVEL IN-PERSON MEDIATION: $500 per 4-hour session or $800 per 8 hour session or part thereof, plus facility rental fee if any. Limited to greater DFW Metroplex and generally 120 miles of Rockwall, TX. Minimum of 1 week advance scheduling. Fees split per party, advance payment by certified check required.
INTERNET BASED MEDIATION: $50 per log on hour or part thereof per party, $200 advance VISA/MC credit card or certified check deposit required per party, excess funds refunded if not used. Minimum of 1 day advance scheduling.
TELEPHONIC MEDIATION: $400 minimum for up to 4 hours or any part thereof, $200 per hour thereafter, for 2-party mediation only, fees split between parties, advance payment required by VISA/MC credit card or certified check.
TRAVEL WITHIN "USA" CONTIGUOUS 48 STATES: $1500 per mediation day or part thereof, all inclusive. Travel discount of $300 for each consecutive mediation day in the same continental USA city. Minimum of 15 day advance scheduling. Surcharge of $300 for mediation scheduling in any continental USA city not served by Southwest Airlines or AirTran. Minimum $3,000 advance payment by certified check, unused funds refunded.
TRAVEL - ALL OTHER LOCATIONS: $1500 per mediation day plus pre-paid airfare, per-diem and facility rental fee and minimum 30 day advance scheduling, $4,000 advance payment by certified check, unused funds refunded.
TERMS: Pre-pay - certified check, money order, VISA and MasterCard accepted.
For mediations with 3 or more parties, for each additional party the above fees are increased by 50 per cent with total fees amortized equally among all parties.
Cancellation fee: $100 per case scheduled.
