Clergy and Congregational Care
Dr. Ferrell, offers a variety of services to clergy and congregations. The services are not a “one size fits all” blueprint. Services are designed in cooperation with clients to meet specific needs. The primary focus is on assisting healthy congregation meet their mission goals and objectives.
Services currently available:
1. Seminar and Retreat Programs – programs designed to meet leadership development and spiritual growth needs.
2. Clergy Groups – ecumenical groups established to build collegial relationships and exchanges that are responsive to the vocational, spiritual, and leadership needs of clergypersons
3. Congregational Consultation – initiating consultation services to congregations and clergy with a focus on strategic planning, coaching, and conflict resolution.
4. Faith Community Conflict Resolution Site - a collaboration between 5 to 6 local congregations to provide dispute resolution services to their members and neighbors. Training is provided to congregations on how to set up and manage a CRS. 5. Basic Mediation Training with Faith Emphasis - 40 hour training that meets the Texas Standards for basic mediation training. Excellent skills set for congregational staff and lay leadership.
