Objective

I help people in conflict develop creative solutions. 
I have provided conflict resolution and mediation services to individuals, organizations and communities since 1985.  I believe that conflict resolution and mediation skills are 21st century life skills.  My professional objective is to make these skills and services available to the largest number of people possible at an affordable cost.

Since 1985, mediated over 1000 cases dealing with public, private, civic, employment, contract, family, and faith community disputes.

Conducted conflict resolution seminars in Switzerland in 2000 and 2003.

Franklin Covey Certified Facilitator for the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and Building Trust seminars.

Conduct the For Kids’ Sake class in cooperation with Dallas and Kaufman County Family Courts for parents filing for divorce or custody modification.
