MISSION

Our mission is to help people in conflict develop creative solutions to their disputes. PS&E has provided mediation, conflict resolution, and education services to individuals and communities since 1985. Dr. Ferrell believes that mediation and conflict resolution skills are 21st century life skills. Her professional objective is to make these services and skills available to the largest number of people possible at an affordable cost.
