·         repair harm done to the work environment and

·         proactively implement new or supportive techniques to prevent future occurrences of destructive interactions.

  • core sources of conflict are identified,
  • stakeholders are engaged and oriented to an open and trust building process, and
  • recommendations are made for appropriate action including formal and informal options.
