Stakeholder Liaison
An important part of dispute resolution is working with stakeholders. In addition to public participation programs and dispute resolution services, CommuniQuest provides stakeholder liaison on many Airport projects that involve coordinating and communicating with a specific stakeholder group, often Airport tenants.
In the last two years, CommuniQuest has developed a new specialty in the security arena. Airports have retained CommuniQuest to assist with tenant liaison, specifically for security programs. CommuniQuest has developed security plans for general aviation Airports. In addition, CommuniQuest has translated Airport Security Plans from FAA Part 107 requirements to TSA's Part 1542, as well as updating airport ASPs. These projects require extensive coordination with an Airport's various tenants. During the past 27 years, many Airports have contracted with CommuniQuest to conduct tenant surveys, develop marketing plans and to develop tenant customer service programs, all as part of stakeholder liaison services.
